What you will do

  • Transform field enablement from general skill development into high-stakes performance consulting.
  • Specialize in mapping, unblocking, and accelerating complex deal stages to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Partner with Value Engineers, Solution Architects, and Account Executives to win deals.
  • Deliver precise coaching and training using AI-aided performance data (Gong) to isolate behaviors/skills.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, AE Leadership, Sales Ops & Strategy to co-author and refine segment-specific plays.
  • Program manage global customer success enablement initiatives with clear plans, timelines, scope, and quantitative success metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in enablement or a direct quota-carrying, client-facing Account Executive (AE) role.
  • Proven ability to act as a consultative partner and successfully influence leadership.
  • Ability to tell compelling, persuasive stories through numbers and quickly gain credibility and buy-in from leadership and AEs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise tech stacks and workflows, with the ability to suggest optimizations.
  • Strong process-driven communication skills, including structuring ambiguity and translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
