What you will do

• Assist with forecasting and long-range planning while providing financial recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management to construct and manage budgets.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Analyze operational performance using modeling and forecasting.
• Drive the development and documentation of finance and accounting best practices.

Requirements

• Must be located in Monterrey, Mexico
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• High school diploma (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
