What you will do

• Assist with global insurance renewal processes and marketing of insurance lines.
• Collect and organize financial, HR, and IT data required for insurance purposes.
• Coordinate with external brokers and underwriters to address routine insurance inquiries.
• Manage insurance-related documentation including certificates of insurance and invoicing.
• Support risk management projects, including audits, claims processing, and contract reviews.
• Collaborate on special projects as they arise within the risk management department.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in risk management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage deadlines and establish work priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
