What you will do

• Track, analyze, and report capital expenditure (CAPEX) execution across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct financial evaluations of capital investment proposals using standard models like NPV, IRR, and payback period.
• Evaluate the financial impact of continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial close activities related to projects.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to provide clear financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience with CAPEX management and project financial evaluation.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience with SAP.
