What you will do

• Apply customer payments to the correct accounts and invoices.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or misapplied payments.
• Process daily check applications in the JDE system, ensuring timely cutoffs.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze payment trends and generate accurate financial reports for senior management.
• Support Business Unit Centers and assist with accounting and IT workload balancing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Cash Application.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• AA/AS degree in accounting (preferred).
• Must be based in Mexico City, MEX.

• Experience with JDE, SAP, or other ERP systems.
