What you will do

• Process daily invoices and ensure compliance with processing throughputs and KPIs.
• Review supplier and vendor account statements to maintain current account status.
• Perform month-end analysis and execute journal entries.
• Prepare and publish accounting documentation (invoices, debit and credit memos) within the ERP system.
• Archive supporting financial documents for both Mexican and US business units.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payables concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting, specifically in Accounts Payable within a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English proficiency (60-70%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong awareness of compliance and controls.
