What you will do
- Oversee the full scope of customer engagements, ensuring services are implemented correctly and billed accurately.
- Partner with sales teams to scope services, generate proposals, and respond to RFPs.
- Manage team financials, focusing on project profitability, productivity, and resource prioritization.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and coach direct reports, including performance reviews and career development support.
- Provide strategic updates on client performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- 7+ years of professional experience at a Software, SaaS, or consulting company.
- 3+ years of project management experience, including budget, scope, and risk management.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Extensive experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
