What you will do

• Lead, train, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Formulate best practices for TAM strategy, health checks, and quarterly reports.
• Direct crisis and incident response for strategic customers.
• Provide technical leadership during major upgrades, migrations, and service availability issues.
• Represent the value of Premium Support offerings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, or Melbourne.
• 8+ years of industry experience in client services, sales engineering, or IT operations management.
• Proven history of leading and directing technical staff through crisis situations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in people management, including recruiting and performance reviews.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
