Location: Remote (Must be physically located within the US)

Salary: $132,000 – $163,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end client deployment execution from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition.
  • Develop and lead integrated Deployment and Change Management plans aligned with client business needs.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing deployment owner, building trusted relationships and managing communication.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Client Success teams to execute scope.
  • Lead internal and client-facing forums to maintain transparency, surface risks, and align stakeholders.
  • Track deployment progress using standard tools and coordinate clear handoffs to account teams.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex client-facing initiatives in deployment, implementation, client success, or change management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working across cultures and driving alignment in a multi-country setting.
  • Must be physically located within the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS, data, analytics, or insights products.
  • Familiarity with structured change management or client adoption frameworks.
  • Prior experience partnering closely with Product, Operations, or Commercial teams.
