What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of retail media campaigns, from strategic planning to hands-on optimization.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for retail clients, addressing business goals and resolving issues.
• Analyze campaign performance using advanced data tools to uncover consumer insights and refine attribution models.
• Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks across creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated media ecosystems across Amazon and other digital channels.
• Translate technical platform updates into actionable business opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience with Amazon Search Ads and Amazon DSP.
• Proficiency in the Amazon Advertising suite, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives.
• Proven experience in client and account management within a retail media context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for building client relationships.
• Ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
