What you will do

  • Lead customer onboarding and guide clients post-activation as the primary point of contact to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Monitor account health, campaign performance, and customer engagement to identify retention, growth, and deeper platform utilization opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic business reviews and performance discussions, presenting insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data, track key account metrics, and prepare reports for monthly and quarterly initiatives.
  • Resolve escalations professionally, mitigate risks, and reduce churn through proactive customer experience management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineers to align on customer needs and accelerate delivery of new features.

Requirements

  • Location: In-office work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the downtown Toronto office (hybrid role).
  • Proven experience in account management, key accounts, or customer success with a track record of retention and expansion targets.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess what’s working in accounts and provide tailored, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Programmatic, SaaS, and media channels, with the ability to understand technical details and communicate them clearly.
  • Experience partnering across operational, technical, product, finance, sales, and customer-facing teams to drive client outcomes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and MS Office (especially Excel).

Hiring process

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 plus bonus (total compensation between $90,000 - $130,000).
