What you will do
- Evaluate incoming project requests and clarify requirements with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
- Coordinate and allocate researchers to projects based on availability, capacity, and priority.
- Maintain a clear overview of researcher bandwidth across multiple parallel projects.
- Prioritize incoming work based on urgency, complexity, and commercial relevance.
- Identify bottlenecks in project flow and support improvements in handover processes.
- Implement automation and tooling to reduce manual coordination effort.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in market research.
- Proficient in English (German is a plus).
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to balance competing demands.
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong affinity for structure and processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across teams.
- Must be based in Europe.
