What you will do

• Own and optimize the internal reporting cadence, including CEO briefings, Board materials, and All Hands updates.
• Implement and scale AI-powered automations and LLM-based workflows to reduce manual operational work.
• Drive cross-functional processes such as rollout logs, retrospectives, and new team member onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs and resource allocation to identify blockers and propose concrete efficiency solutions.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives, including vendor coordination, contract reviews, and candidate pre-screening.
• Partner with PMs and team leads to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or operations within tech or product environments.
• Proven experience owning recurring reporting cycles for high-level leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM-based workflows, and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate KPI data into actionable recommendations.
• High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive company information.
• Must be based in Europe (Cyprus, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Poland) or be able to work in Limassol.
