What you will do

• Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate the martech team to drive solutions from idea to launch.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes.
• Develop product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Implement AI and no-code solutions (Make, Zapier, Airtable) for production teams.
• Measure the business impact and effectiveness of automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Marketing/Creative Operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and experience coordinating with software engineers.
• Strong ability to structure processes and write technical requirements.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a high degree of ownership.
• Proactive approach to optimization and efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and Jira Automation.
• Proficiency in no-code tools like Make, Zapier, or Airtable.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
