What you will do

• Lead end-to-end internal audits from scoping and planning to reporting and follow-up.
• Provide pragmatic recommendations to address control issues and add value to business units.
• Manage effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Internal Audit strategy and planning.
• Supervise and coach team members during audit engagements.
• Conduct special reviews and projects outside the standard Audit Plan as required.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with a professional accountancy, audit, or CISA qualification.
• Proven internal audit experience gained within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver difficult messages to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting reports for Board and Committee levels.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Sound audit judgement and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
