What you will do

• Assist in risk assessments and the development of the internal audit plan and strategic direction.
• Execute end-to-end audit procedures including planning, reporting, and remediation validation.
• Present audit results, ratings, and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Oversee internal audit team members and third-party partners.
• Lead discussions on audit topics with brokerage, crypto, security, and engineering teams.
• Partner on the continuous enhancement of audit practices, frameworks, and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Risk Management, CS, Data Science, etc.).
• 10+ years of auditing experience, including Operations, IT, Compliance, or InfoSec.
• Expertise in brokerage and crypto financial products and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in executive reporting and cross-functional project management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in London, UK or Luxembourg with full-time in-office availability.

Nice to have

• Experience with European and Asian licensing/regulatory requirements (MiCA, CASP, VASP, MiFID II, DORA, GDPR).
• Hands-on experience with crypto product audits (spot, derivatives, tokenization).
• Experience with brokerage audits (consumer duty, margin trading, trade reporting).
• Experience with regulators such as CSSF, ATVP, and FCA.
