What you will do

• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for NPC initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT, pilots, and phased rollouts.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness metrics for assigned technology solutions.
• Develop training materials and user guides to support solution adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to track progress and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cross-functional environments involving product development and business processes.
• Prior experience supporting technology implementations or process improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of agile or iterative delivery practices.
• Ability to frame enhancement ideas in terms of system behavior, logic, and constraints.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to influence change at all levels.
