What you will do

  • Map current-state production planning processes and identify pain points through stakeholder workshops.
  • Co-design future-state workflows and translate improvements into clear procedures and RACI matrices.
  • Define and maintain planning KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Drive system and data integrity by coordinating corrections with process and data partners.
  • Support transformation workstreams by capturing requirements, mapping processes, and tracking adoption.
  • Create and maintain work instructions and training materials to support change adoption.

Requirements

  • Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Production Management, or Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
