Salary: $188,000–$259,000/year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement broker strategies to drive growth and profitability for US Retail operations.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with top P&C and Specialty retail brokers.
  • Collaborate with regional underwriting and distribution teams to execute strategies and collect market feedback.
  • Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities using market intelligence.
  • Act as a broker advocate and manage account escalations to ensure productive trading results.

Requirements

  • US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of business development or underwriting experience in commercial P&C/Specialty insurance.
  • Proven executive-level relationships with top 25 P&C and Specialty retail brokers.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a mid-to-high volume of national travel.
