What you will do

  • Own regional sales performance and ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Forecast regional sales and manage budgets for cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with major customers and strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements to optimize revenue and long-term value.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop regional sales staff to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, agronomy, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Agronomics or a related agricultural field required.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of commercial experience in a people management role.
  • Demonstrated strategic, financial, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven forecasting tools.
  • Ability to coach and manage the performance of sales professionals.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Combined experience in both sales and marketing.
