Senior Product Manager (Collaboration & Publishing): Own the product vision and roadmap for secure collaboration and end-to-end PDF publishing workflows with an accent on AI-enabled modernization, risk/compliance trustworthiness, and measurable adoption and revenue growth. Focus on building region- and segment-specific strategies, driving competitive differentiation, and aligning engineering, design, and GTM teams around a clear product story and outcomes.
Location: Toronto, ON (Office) — hybrid working model of three days per week in the office
Salary: $140,000–$175,000 CAD base (Ontario applicants)

What you will do
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Collaboration & Publishing portfolio aligned to regional and segment growth goals.
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by defining success metrics and partnering with Sales and Customer Success on buying behavior.
- Lead AI-enabled modernization of secure collaboration and document publishing workflows, ensuring capabilities are trustworthy for sensitive legal content.
- Define region-specific growth strategies and make trade-offs based on commercial impact, customer value, and scalability.
- Enable Go-to-Market by shaping positioning, packaging, messaging, and pricing/packaging decisions based on delivered customer value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and domain experts; communicate priorities and outcomes to executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of revenue-impacting products.
- Proven ability to drive growth through adoption, expansion, and market differentiation.
- Experience with collaboration, document management, security, or publishing workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities and platform evolution.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Experience in legal technology or adjacent regulated industries (preferred).
