Location: Toronto, ON (Office) — hybrid working model of three days per week in the office

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 CAD base (Ontario applicants)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Collaboration & Publishing portfolio aligned to regional and segment growth goals.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by defining success metrics and partnering with Sales and Customer Success on buying behavior.
• Lead AI-enabled modernization of secure collaboration and document publishing workflows, ensuring capabilities are trustworthy for sensitive legal content.
• Define region-specific growth strategies and make trade-offs based on commercial impact, customer value, and scalability.
• Enable Go-to-Market by shaping positioning, packaging, messaging, and pricing/packaging decisions based on delivered customer value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and domain experts; communicate priorities and outcomes to executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of revenue-impacting products.
• Proven ability to drive growth through adoption, expansion, and market differentiation.
• Experience with collaboration, document management, security, or publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities and platform evolution.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Experience in legal technology or adjacent regulated industries (preferred).
