What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned People & Places technology domain.
• Manage visibility across tools, vendors, and contracts, and lead renewal, divestment, and consolidation decisions.
• Translate ambiguous employee and business problems into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and experience design teams from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Evaluate AI capabilities for data ownership and vendor capture, while using AI in product research and execution.
• Define domain KPIs, dashboards, adoption plans, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience owning products or platforms from definition through delivery and operation.
• Experience setting direction with minimal oversight and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering teams to scope, sequence, and deliver technical work.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and learn new domains, tools, and technical skills quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR or people technology platforms such as Workday, Eightfold, or learning and talent systems.
• Experience building internal enterprise products, data platforms, or integration services.
• Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted tools in product management workflows.
• Experience in a high-ownership, high-velocity product organization.
