What you will do

• Own product strategy for a defined domain, aligning customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, usage data analysis, and feedback loops
• Define and evolve multi-persona product experiences for complex B2B workflows
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform roadmap prioritization
• Manage product backlog, write user stories, and lead agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS environments
• Proven experience as Product Owner in Agile or Scrum teams
• Track record of building and scaling complex, multi-persona products
• Experience contributing to product growth in mid-to-late stage scaling environments
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, system design, and tradeoff analysis
• Solid understanding of UX principles and collaboration with design teams
• Strong business acumen connecting product decisions to revenue and growth
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
