TL;DR

Product Manager, Growth (AI): Driving execution across product and cross-functional initiatives focused on AI features, including monitoring model developments and defining product health metrics. Focus on breaking down ambiguous asks into clear plans and ensuring tight follow-through to maintain high delivery velocity across multiple workstreams.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the Toronto office.

Salary: $105,000 CAD – $115,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of defined product and business initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the AI landscape, monitoring model developments and competitor moves.
  • Define and own product health metrics for AI features and use them to drive product decisions.
  • Break down ambiguous asks into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Track progress and maintain high delivery velocity across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in tech/product roles with strong execution ownership.
  • Direct experience building and running eval frameworks for AI products.
  • Technical fluency in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic patterns.
  • Strong track record of building and shipping projects.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent at structuring chaos into actionable plans and strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working closely with founders, senior leadership, or lean teams.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
  • A self-learner who can quickly pick up new domains, tools, and contexts.
