Senior Content Analyst - Corporate Transactions

What you will do

• Research, interpret, and analyze complex legal and market topics affecting customers.
• Screen cases, legislation, regulations, and other developments to create and update legal or tax content.
• Develop checklists, toolkits, model documents, and practical guidance on securities, capital markets, and corporate transactions.
• Prioritize developments and contextualize them within assigned content using subject-matter expertise.
• Mentor junior team members and provide substantive feedback, edits, and legal knowledge.
• Manage projects and collaborate with analysts and commercial teams on technology-enhanced content, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience as an attorney, tax professional, accountant, analyst, editor, reporter, or consultant.
• Experience analyzing and writing about legal developments, payroll practices, tax law, or accounting standards.
• Ability to understand complex details and publish readable, concise, insightful analytical content.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• J.D. or graduate degree.
• Experience with securities laws and transactions, initial public offerings, private placements, other offerings, capital markets, corporate finance, or restructuring finance.
• Participation in customer conversations, industry conferences, events, webinars, or social media thought leadership.
