Location: Boston, MA, United States; employees work from the office 4 days per week and may work remotely 1 day per week.

Salary: $19–$35 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the Legal & Compliance Private Investments Legal Team on private equity and private credit investment products.
• Review, produce, and research deal and fund documentation.
• Support regulatory developments, corporate governance, and counterparty documentation for private equity and credit transactions.
• Populate databases, manage documents, and maintain records.
• Conduct gap analysis and coordinate signatures.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Operations, Investment Administration, and internal and external legal services professionals throughout fund and deal lifecycles.

Requirements

• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.
• Strong academic credentials and a high degree of organization, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize ongoing and time-sensitive goals and enthusiasm for learning and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The anticipated start date is December 2026 or January 2027.
