Legal Operations Associate

Employee-owned engineering and professional services firm providing integrated engineering and consulting services across infrastructure, buildings, clean energy, robotics, and other industries.

What you will do

• Research corporate entity records with Secretary of State offices and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain entity tracking databases and related documentation.
• Identify inactive entities and determine dissolution or withdrawal requirements.
• Coordinate with Tax and Finance teams on outstanding taxes, fees, and filing obligations.
• Prepare, submit, and track dissolution, withdrawal, and compliance filings.
• Communicate project status and support corporate governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent law school graduate or candidate awaiting bar examination results preferred.
• Strong research, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex administrative processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
