What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new payment solutions, ensuring timely rollouts for city partners.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison between cities, parking operators, and payment acquirers.
• Steer relationships with external service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Coordinate final acceptance testing and manage the transition to operational teams for successful go-lives.
• Troubleshoot implementation roadblocks by coordinating with internal and external technical experts.
• Contribute to the scaling and optimization of implementation processes across a European portfolio.

Requirements

• German: C1/Native proficiency required.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Proven experience in the e-payment ecosystem, such as Payment Operations or Implementation Management.
• In-depth knowledge of acquirer management, with preference for Payone and Elavon experience.
• Strong understanding of payment system business and technical aspects, including APIs and terminals.
• Experience leading technical rollouts or IT projects.
