Strategy Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and lead end-to-end strategic projects, from commercial framing to execution planning.
• Drive the development of EMEA distribution strategic priorities and sub-regional growth plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as a senior connector across Distribution, Product, Investments, and Finance.
• Oversee market dynamics analysis, competitive landscape research, and client segment trends.
• Direct the development of business cases, scenario analyses, and forecasting models.
• Translate complex findings into executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany or willing to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic projects with senior-level exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities at pace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management strategy, distribution strategy, or business management in a global/EMEA context.
• Experience supporting or leading M&A activity (due diligence, deal execution, or integration).
• Understanding of the EMEA asset management distribution landscape.
• European language skills (Italian, Spanish, or German).
