What you will do

• Provide proactive technical leadership and support to strategic customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client services, sales engineering, or senior IT operations.
• Fluent German speaker is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, SMTP, MySQL, and data communication concepts.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Proven history of leading technical staff through crisis situations.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
