What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise client implementations.
• Manage critical client escalations and mitigate project risks through strategic coordination.
• Design and implement scalable frameworks to support team development and delivery quality.
• Represent client needs internally to influence product roadmaps and solution evolution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by shaping solution scope and aligning deliverables with client expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, software implementation, or strategic client delivery.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in DealCloud CRM or CRM within financial services, private equity, or investment banking.
• Proven success leading large-scale engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong escalation management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through structured client advocacy.
• Exceptional collaboration skills across technology, product, and governance teams.

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
