What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor to prospective and existing clients, conducting demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Lead the technical response to RFPs/RFIs and perform solution assessments.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
• Maintain Subject Matter Expertise in Business Banking, Payments, and back-office processes.
• Develop and maintain sales resources, including recorded demonstrations and industry-specific presentations.
• Support the implementation process to ensure proposed solutions align with client technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales within the fintech or digital banking industry.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, APIs, and fintech integrations.
• Ability to provide expertise on cash management operations, including ACH/wires and reconciliation.
• Proven presentation and communication skills for both onsite and virtual delivery.
• Must be based in the US (Georgia).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based banking solutions.
