Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA. This is a hybrid role.

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to define and implement RMS solutions for new and existing clients.
• Gather detailed requirements and develop comprehensive implementation project plans.
• Design and configure proprietary research workflows tailored to Asset Owner, Asset Manager, and Wealth clients.
• Act as a strategic consultant to optimize client value and drive product adoption.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for IRN functionality and advanced project workflows.
• Communicate client feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of industry-related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of RMS workflows and IRN, or a strong interest in learning these systems.
• Client-focused mentality with the ability to work proactively and independently.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting RMS clients or the hirify.global workstation.
• Understanding of Asset Owner, Asset Manager, and Wealth management workflows.
