What you will do

• Manage executive-level relationships with CIOs, GBS leaders, and CFOs to align on and measure business value.
• Lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of Program Directors.
• Partner with Sales to plan for growth and contract reviews, and with Product Management to develop segment-specific solutions.
• Proactively identify churn risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee the delivery of projects across multiple clients to ensure deadlines are met.
• Travel on-site (up to 50%) to facilitate SaaS system testing and user adoption.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of professional services experience in technology-led consulting.
• Proven track record of managing C-suite level relationships.
• Strong understanding of accounting and Order-to-Cash processes (Cash application, Collections, Deductions, Financial Reporting).
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Must be based in Houston, Texas and willing to travel up to 50%.
