What you will do
- Lead People Operations and own the long-term people strategy, including organizational structures and programs that support company growth.
- Partner with leadership to reinforce mission, values, and culture through people practices.
- Support talent acquisition efforts and help bring fresh ideas to attract top-tier talent.
- Design and improve performance management systems focused on growth, coaching, and impact; build career progression, internal mobility, and leadership development frameworks.
- Drive employee experience initiatives by measuring engagement and organizational health and building programs that support development and long-term retention.
- Coach executives and managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, performance management, and evidence-based people decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related leadership roles.
- Experience leading and scaling People Operations in a growing organization.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform people decisions.
- Proven ability to coach managers and leaders across multiple levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
