What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus and MyPractice, focusing on configuration and EHR overlay activation.
• Lead the Cloud Couch initiative to connect support, configuration, and data flows between internal platforms.
• Develop detailed user stories, problem statements, and well-scoped MVPs based on deep discovery.
• Partner with tech leads and engineering managers to sequence work and align architecture with product objectives.
• Define and track success metrics leveraging operational and experience data to guide prioritization.
• Coordinate high-quality releases, including QA, rollout strategies, and documentation for users.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS, including platform-focused roles.
• Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or technology-enabled healthcare services.
• Proven track record of owning complex internal tools or admin consoles from discovery to rollout.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform solution design.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and close partnership with engineering.
• Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Couch or Salesforce configuration and integration.
• Knowledge of EHR data integration and standards like FHIR.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools for self-serving data.
• Experience designing structured experiments and cohort rollouts.
