What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus and MyPractice, focusing on configuration and EHR overlay activation.
- Lead the Cloud Couch initiative to connect support, configuration, and data flows between internal platforms.
- Develop detailed user stories, problem statements, and well-scoped MVPs based on deep discovery.
- Partner with tech leads and engineering managers to sequence work and align architecture with product objectives.
- Define and track success metrics leveraging operational and experience data to guide prioritization.
- Coordinate high-quality releases, including QA, rollout strategies, and documentation for users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS, including platform-focused roles.
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or technology-enabled healthcare services.
- Proven track record of owning complex internal tools or admin consoles from discovery to rollout.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform solution design.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and close partnership with engineering.
- Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud Couch or Salesforce configuration and integration.
- Knowledge of EHR data integration and standards like FHIR.
- Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools for self-serving data.
- Experience designing structured experiments and cohort rollouts.
