What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Practice Nexus and MyPractice platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy for the Cloud Couch initiative to unify support and internal platforms.
- Partner with engineering, implementation, and analytics teams to define problem spaces and success metrics.
- Translate complex workflows into structured product requirements, user stories, and MVP definitions.
- Drive roadmap prioritization, balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical health and scalability.
- Monitor product and operational metrics to guide continuous experimentation and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services.
- Proven experience owning complex internal products such as admin consoles or configuration platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and close collaboration with engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational data and user research to guide decisions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in healthcare technology or digital health is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with practice operations, provider configuration, or enrollment processes.
- Technical fluency with SQL, analytics tools, or healthcare data models.
