TL;DR

Lead People Business Partner (SaaS): Providing strategic HR leadership to the Global Revenue organization with an accent on executive partnership, regional coordination, and organizational scaling. Focus on driving talent planning, organizational design, and cohesive people strategies across the AMER Revenue team while collaborating with global counterparts.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York City or Chicago office (Hybrid)

Salary: $112,000–$193,000/year (including OTE)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to senior Revenue leaders in AMER.
  • Coordinate and align the work of regional People Business Partners to ensure consistent HR support.
  • Lead talent planning initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational design and team structure as the Revenue organization scales.
  • Drive cross-functional HR initiatives such as headcount planning and change management.
  • Collaborate with global PBP counterparts to ensure a cohesive approach to people strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or go-to-market organizations at scale.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Experience coordinating or providing informal oversight of HR teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
