Salary: $150,500 - $215,100 USD

What you will do

• Develop and deploy regional health and safety strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive culture change and process implementation across multiple industrial sites to build safety rigor.
• Conduct and coordinate audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses for OSHA-recordable injuries.
• Manage regional safety spend and provide coaching to site safety leads on training, ergonomics, and hazard control.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and functional groups to share best practices and improve safety performance.
• Analyze regional safety trends and report leading/lagging indicators to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field or equivalent industrial experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience in industrial safety, OSHA regulations, ANSI, NFPA, and NIOSH standards.
• 5+ years of in-process and program experience with a track record of supporting multiple sites.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the South Region.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence culture and manage change.

Nice to have

• CSP or CIH certification.
• Experience with safety management software tools.
• Experience applying lean concepts such as kaizen and Leader Standard Work.
