What you will do

• Develop and drive the long-range strategy for upper-funnel channels to acquire new customers and increase brand consideration.
• Manage high-scale media investments across Linear TV, OTT, CTV, Audio, OOH, and Programmatic channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Data Science to implement and action Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Geo-Uplift measurement frameworks.
• Operationalize AI tools and automate marketing workflows using scripts and Python to increase team capacity.
• Lead and hold external agencies accountable to high performance benchmarks and manage RFP processes.
• Communicate complex media and AI concepts to executive stakeholders to influence annual planning.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in high-scale media strategy for a consumer brand, preferably a two-sided marketplace.
• Proven expertise in leveraging upper-funnel channels to drive measurable new customer growth.
• Demonstrated mastery of AI and automation tools, including proficiency with Python or scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Geo-Uplift testing implementation and tactical actioning of MMM results.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns in the UK and EU.
