TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a digital learning ecosystem, including LMS programs and knowledge resources.
  • Create a comprehensive portfolio of advanced educational materials, including videos, courses, and product walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to support product launches and lifecycle milestones.
  • Co-own the customer community by moderating discussions and facilitating peer insights.
  • Define and track key metrics related to education effectiveness, such as activation, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, L&D, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or instructional design within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling education programs aligned to the customer lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience building content calendars and learning program roadmaps.

Nice to have

  • JD, legal, tax, or accounting background.
  • Certifications in Instructional Design, Customer Education, or L&D.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.
