What you will do

  • Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities and coordinate with internal account teams.
  • Develop and maintain joint business plans with strategic partners to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Build and expand relationships with key partner stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Measure and track partner contributions to business growth using KPIs like revenue, deal registration, and certifications.
  • Recruit, onboard, and engage new partners to integrate them into the broader ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote partner success stories and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in a partner-facing sales role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, cloud services, and open-source solutions.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into business value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and partner performance.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari for pipeline management.
