What you will do
- Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities and coordinate with internal account teams.
- Develop and maintain joint business plans with strategic partners to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Build and expand relationships with key partner stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Measure and track partner contributions to business growth using KPIs like revenue, deal registration, and certifications.
- Recruit, onboard, and engage new partners to integrate them into the broader ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote partner success stories and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Experience in a partner-facing sales role within the enterprise software industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, cloud services, and open-source solutions.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into business value propositions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and partner performance.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari for pipeline management.
