What you will do

• Architect and lead complex, multi-channel marketing programs including email, SMS, and paid media.
• Manage program lifecycles using Jira, Smartsheet, and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the central hub for alignment across Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Clinical teams.
• Partner with lifecycle teams to deploy segmented customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Direct external agencies and vendors through scope definition, budget oversight, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 4–8+ years of experience in marketing program management or growth marketing in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on mastery of Agile workflows and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Proven track record of managing external agencies and third-party partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align cross-functional technical and clinical teams.

• Expertise in lifecycle strategy, growth experimentation, and retention frameworks.
