What you will do

• Lead and evolve PPC strategy across high-spend accounts to improve ROAS and cost per lead.
• Deliver technical SEO, on-page optimization, and digital PR initiatives to drive organic traffic.
• Manage and challenge agency performance to ensure commercial targets are met.
• Own performance reporting using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Partner with UX/CRO and content teams to optimize user journeys and website performance.
• Forecast lead volumes and performance outcomes with a commercial lens.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK.
• Strong background in PPC and performance marketing.
• Proven success managing large media budgets and delivering against revenue targets.
• Solid understanding of SEO strategy and execution.
• Data-driven attitude with strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with agencies and holding them accountable.

Nice to have

• Financial services or regulated industry experience.
• Technical SEO knowledge (schema, tagging, tracking).
