Digital and Social Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing across SEO, SEM, GEO, email, websites, and other digital channels.
• Develop digital and social marketing strategies, editorial calendars, and targeted content campaigns.
• Create and manage content for websites, emails, social media, and other digital communications.
• Track customer behavior, campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and user experience, then optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Manage external agencies, campaign budgets, deadlines, and digital presence.
• Grow audience engagement and social media reach while keeping messaging aligned with the brand.

Requirements

• Experience in digital communication, web content creation, SEO, PPC, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to take creative ideas from conception through deployment and communicate technical issues clearly.
• Experience with content management systems such as Shopify and HTML email campaigns.
• Degree-level education or equivalent; 3–5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience managing external agencies and allocating, managing, and reporting on budgets.
• Interest in new technologies and current digital development trends.
