What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze daily KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and pixels.
  • Build detailed performance reports highlighting insights and optimization actions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK
  • Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign dashboard reporting.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel setup.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate networks.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Braze.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
