What you will do

  • Serve as a consultative partner to customers, guiding the evolution of their legal data intelligence workflows.
  • Lead strategic engagements that align platform capabilities with specific customer goals.
  • Advise on leveraging AI-driven features, cloud-native workflows, and extensibility options.
  • Facilitate use-case-driven discussions to help customers mature their operating models.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine learning journeys and adoption playbooks.
  • Provide onsite consultations and workshops for key customers, requiring up to 20% travel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in eDiscovery or Legal Data Intelligence.
  • Experience in the software technology sector, specifically SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts and AI-assisted workflows to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shape unclear problems into actionable solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Must be based in Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence.
  • hirify.global Certified Administrator (RCA) certification.
