Sr Outsource Operation Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage the outsource-operation cost-center budget, monitor manufacturing expenses, and evaluate investments through AFE applications and implementation.
• Optimize supplier-side operational efficiency and lead operations teams in delivering high-quality products and sustainable performance.
• Develop long-term strategies for production lines and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Identify and manage high-risk points related to packaging lines and raw materials.
• Support gross-profit optimization and collaborate with marketing and procurement on profitable pricing strategies.
• Develop business continuity plans and deliver strategic projects aligned with company milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of operations experience in the semiconductor industry, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product development, and industry-specific practices.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking, including the ability to host meetings in English.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management expertise and the ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
