What you will do

  • Manage outsource operation cost-center budgets and monitor manufacturing expenses.
  • Optimize operational efficiency at supplier sites and lead teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop long-term strategy plans for production lines and identify high-risk areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and procurement to develop pricing strategies for profitability.
  • Create comprehensive business continuity plans to mitigate production disruption risks.
  • Lead strategic projects to meet company objectives and milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of operation experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and product development.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking) required for hosting meetings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and project management skills.
