What you will do
- Administer employment contracts, promotion letters, and visa applications.
- Maintain employee P-files for Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- Act as the super user for Workday HRIS, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
- Coordinate onboarding, payroll administration support, and work pass renewals.
- Manage office facilities, vendor relations, and building management duties.
- Handle routine HR correspondence and maintain administrative manuals.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proactive and professional approach with high integrity and trust.
- Ability to travel regionally and work outside standard office hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration.
- Ability to speak one or more Asian languages.
- Experience working within an international or multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems.
