What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day operations of global benefit programs, including medical, pension (DB/DC), and risk-related benefits.
  • Manage global vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service and competitive renewals.
  • Utilize enterprise-level dashboards and HRIS tools for risk analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee benefit budgets and implement cost-control measures in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure all benefit programs meet local regulatory requirements and compliance standards across APAC and global regions.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to educate employees and managers on benefit offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a tactical benefits role within an international or multi-country corporate environment.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in medical insurance, international pension structures (DB/DC), and risk insurance.
  • Technical proficiency in HRIS and enterprise-level benefits management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven problem solving.
  • Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
